1. Proven use
The guarantee is only valid if the serum has been used regularly for minimum 45 consecutive days. A product used 1 or 2 times is not covered by this guarantee.
2. Protocole photo obligatoire
To activate the guarantee, you must have followed the photo protocol from the very first day of use:
The guarantee only covers the lack of visible results in the photos provided — that is, no observable improvement in the length, strength, hydration or overall appearance of the nails after 30 days of documented regular use.
3. Request deadline
The refund request must be made between day 30 and day 100 depending on the date you received the package. No request made before 30 days or after 100 days will be accepted.
4. Only one request per customer
The guarantee is valid once per customer. It cannot be used on several successive orders.
5. Product used alone
The guarantee only applies if the serum has been used without gel, without applying artificial nails, without polish and without acetone at the same time throughout the entire testing period. These items directly neutralize the serum's action and void the guarantee.
6. Only one bottle open
The guarantee only applies to a single opened bottle of serum. If your order contains several bottles (bundle), unopened bottles must be returned to us in their original condition to receive a full refund.
