  • It's always best to store your jewelry in a way where they aren't rubbing against each other to prevent scratches.
  • Any pouch or jewelry box with a soft texture inside is optimal.
  • Make sure your jewelry is dry before storing it.

How much does shipping cost?

$0! All orders come with free worldwide shipping and tracking.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, United States, Australia, Canada, Europe, and most of the world.

What are the estimated delivery times?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5–9 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to follow your order's journey directly here.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@giovola.com. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

I haven't received my order confirmation.

Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact us at contact@giovola.com with your full name and email address and we will locate your order right away.

My order is marked as delivered but I can't find it.

We're sorry to hear this. Please check around your delivery location and with neighbours. If your order is still missing after 3 business days, reach out to us at contact@giovola.com with your order number and we will assist you through the next steps.

There is a missing or incorrect item in my order.

We sincerely apologise for this. Please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order at contact@giovola.com with the following:

  • A photo of what you received
  • A description of the issue

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@giovola.com with your order number and reason for return.

How do I start a return?

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Your reason for returning

We will guide you through the process and provide you with the return instructions.

Who covers the return shipping cost?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return arrives safely. Please note that our return center is located in France.

How are refunds processed?

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

Can I exchange my items?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange an item. If you want a different size or product, simply place a new order.

Warranty

What does the Giovola warranty cover?

Every Giovola piece is backed by our quality guarantee. If your piece presents a manufacturing defect, we will replace it — no questions asked. Simply contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence, and we will take care of the rest.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse or improper storage
  • Lost pieces

How do I submit a warranty claim?

What payment methods do you accept?
