This “3 FREE manicures” guarantee applies only to purchases of At-Home Manicure Kit - Dip Powder. It does not apply to other products or kits sold in our store. It is valid for up to 30 days after you receive your package. Only one color powder may have been opened and used. Liquid products (base, activator, top coat) may be used under the guarantee. However, they must be returned in a reasonable amount (not empty). Any empty or heavily used product voids the guarantee.

If you don't get salon-worthy nails after 3 tries, you'll be entitled to a full refund. (Applies only to the Dip Powder Kit)

First of all, you can't expect to get the same results on your first try as a nail artist who has been doing this for 15 years and has done the nails of more than 10,000 women.

Here's how it goes for most customers:

First time (1-2 hours) - It takes time and the results may not be as perfect as you'd like.

2nd time (45 min-1 hour) - Already much faster and the results are so much better!

3rd time (20-30min) - You can do it while watching Netflix, and the results are worthy of a nail artist!

How does the guarantee work?

1st manicure: 

Follow our video instructions or our manual for an easy and quick application. 

If you're not happy with the result, send a photo (with a timestamp) of your nails after application to customer support by email ( hello@nailypop.co ) so she can give you tips and tricks.

2nd manicure: 

Follow the tips and tricks that customer support will have given you.

If it still doesn't work the way you want, send a photo ( with timestamp ) of the same hand with your new manicure to customer support and they will schedule a video call with our manicure specialist to do the manicure together.

3rd manicure: 

Do your manicure with the specialist, who will be there to guide you step by step.

Still not satisfied with the results? Send a timestamped photo of the same hand with your 3rd manicure to customer support and we'll process your refund!

No refund will be issued without following the procedure described below.

If, after following all the steps of the "3 FREE manicures" guarantee, you are eligible for a refund, you simply need to send the complete kit back to us (with only one powder opened), at your own expense. The refund will be issued once the package has been received and checked.

In which cases am I not eligible for a refund? 

No photos for each request: If photos are not provided for each request in accordance with our guidelines, the refund does not apply.

No timestamp on the photos: Photos without timestamps may make it impossible to get a refund.

Provide the same photos: Providing the same photos for multiple requests voids refund eligibility.

Photos of a different hand with no color variation: If photos from a different hand lack color variation or authenticity, the refund may not be granted.

Photos that don't come from real customers: Photos that don't come from real customers may make a refund request invalid.

Declined to join a call with the specialist: Refunds may not be issued if you are not willing to get on a call with our specialist.

3 FREE Manicures Guarantee not fulfilled within 30 days: If the 3 FREE manicures guarantee is not carried out within 30 days of the order's arrival, the refund request is not valid.

Retours : If you decide to return one or more products, return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable.

Failure to comply with the return policy: Failure to comply with the return policy, such as not providing proof of purchase or returning items after the specified deadline, may result in being unable to obtain a refund.
